These terms and conditions govern your use of emeraldderma.co.uk (the "Website") and any purchases of products or bookings of aesthetic treatments made through it. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Orders & Payment

• All product orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion.
• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store, access or retain payment card details.
• A contract of sale is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Clinic Treatment Bookings

• Aesthetic treatment bookings are subject to a consultation to assess suitability. We reserve the right to decline a treatment where it is not appropriate for the client.
• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice.
• All treatments are carried out by or under the supervision of qualified medical practitioners.
• Results from aesthetic treatments may vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
• Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications and contraindications prior to treatment. Failure to do so releases us from liability for adverse outcomes.
• Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive aesthetic treatments.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Free standard UK shipping is available on orders over £30. Orders below this threshold are subject to a shipping fee displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
• Shipping is currently available to UK addresses only. International shipping availability may be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your product order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

• To initiate a return, contact us at info@emeraldderma.com within 14 days of receipt.
• Products must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare products unless they are faulty.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
• Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.
• Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Product Information & Skincare Advice

We endeavour to ensure that all product descriptions, ingredient lists, images and prices on the Website are accurate. However:

• We cannot guarantee that your device display accurately reflects product colours or appearance.
• Always perform a patch test before first use of any new skincare product.
• Our products are for external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
• Nothing on this Website constitutes medical advice. If you have a skin condition or medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

7. Discount Codes & Promotions

• Discount codes are single-use unless otherwise stated and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
• The welcome discount code provided at newsletter signup is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and applies to your first order only.
